A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped. All shipments within the domestic US are shipped via UPS. If an order is in stock please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. MORTON + HUDSON cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
To make a return, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt and return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced items may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. All sale items are final sale.
Please note we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges.
All items are hand made and are therefore quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers.
